Hi @brodowb1,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thank you for reaching out to HP Support. I understand you’re seeing the error:
java.io.IO Exception: Secondary server not ready com.hp.productfinder.servlet.Hublet
on your Windows 10 (64-bit) system while using your HP OfficeJet Pro 9010 All-in-One printer. I’ll be happy to help you resolve this.
This message usually indicates a temporary communication or connectivity problem between the HP software on your computer and HP’s online services. Let’s try the following steps:
1. Restart HP Services and Printer
Turn off your printer and disconnect the power cable for 60 seconds.
On your PC, close any HP applications.
Restart your computer and then power the printer back on.
2. Check Internet & Firewall Settings
Ensure your computer is connected to a stable internet connection (you have Google Fiber, so speeds should be fine).
Temporarily disable any third-party firewall or antivirus software to see if it’s blocking HP services.
3. Update HP Smart / HP Software
Download the latest version of the HP Smart app from the Microsoft Store.
If you’re using HP Easy Start or Product Finder, uninstall the old version via Settings > Apps, then reinstall the latest from HP’s official site.
4. Remove and Re-Add the Printer
In HP Smart, click on your printer → Remove Printer.
Restart your PC.
Re-add the printer by following the prompts in HP Smart.
I hope this helps.
I'm glad I could help! 😊 If this resolved your issue, please mark it as "Accepted Solution" and click "Yes" on "Was this reply helpful?" Your feedback not only keeps us going but also helps others find the solution faster! 👍✨
