Exact same thing happened to me last night. I printed an item working perfectly... then, my computer did a Microsoft Update. IMMEDIATELY following that I tried to print... and could not.. I have done every last trick to reset.. it wont do it. This is NOT the first HP printer to burn me. I am going to call tech support. If they cannot fix it.. then I want another printer from them..If that does not happen.. they can kiss me goodbye.. I currently have 3 HP laptops.. Had 2 previously... Tired of their printers leaving me stuck !
