Product: Officejet Pro 6830 E-All-in-One 

I have an HP Officejet Pro 6830 E-All-in-One. 

This shows "error-oxc19a002-printhead"

According to the HP doctor (HPPSdr.exe) it is probably a print head that cannot be changed ☹ 

Can the print head be cleaned if necessary?   

Is a repair worthwhile?

ich habe einen HP Officejet Pro 6830 E-All-in-One. 

Dieser zeigt „fehler-oxc19a002-druckkopf“ was kann ich tun? 

Laut des HP Doktors (HPPSdr.exe) ist es wohl ein Druckkopf, der nicht gewechselt werden kann ☹ 

Kann der Druckkopf evtl. gereinigt werden?   

Lohnt sich eine Reparatur?

This seems like a hardware issue with the printhead of the printer. The printhead is not removable on this model printer.

 

Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Error Indicates Faulty Printhead

 

If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service options for your printer. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.

 

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.

 

For more info on resolving 0x errors, refer to - '0xc19a0005' or Similar Error Code Displays

That was not the answer to my question!

I'm tired of HP support for out of warranty devices.

My next printer / or any other device will definitely NOT be HP!  Never again HP!
