I installed a new original black cartridge. I cleaned it manually. I get the message on the printer
"The indicated cartridges are not intended for use in this printer"
I already did a hard reset, removed and reinstalled the new cartridge. I tried to install a new version of the drivers but what I have is the most latest.
still I get the error. warranty expired.

Hi @gulgul01,
What is the installed cartridge number? is it an HP cartridge or any third party?
Scroll down the message as well and ensure that you can see a circle (black) indeed and not 3 dots which indicate a tri-color cartridge..

Thanks @Shlomi
The installed new cartridge is identical to the old one. same number. the new cartridge is is genuine. I scanned the barcode and it is an original HP product.
If I install the old black ink cartridge, then I can print. so The problem is defiantly the new black cartridge. scrolling down I can see the black circle.
