stampante hp all in one officejet 7610, n° serie [edit].
Al cambio di cartuccia il display annuncia " problema della stampante o del sistema d'inchiostro" errore generico.
Le cartucce sono originali hp, ho pulito i contatti delle cartucce e delle testina con lo spray salva contatti, ho disinstallato il firmware e lo ho reinstallato (caso mai qualcosa lo avesse corrotto), naturalmente ho spento, staccato tutto,aspettato un giorno e riattaccato. Niente. Qualcuno mi aiuti vi prego.

hp all in one officejet 7610 printer, serial number [edit].
When the cartridge is changed the display announces "printer or ink system problem" generic error.
The cartridges are original hp, I cleaned the contacts of the cartridges and the head with the spray saves contacts, I uninstalled the firmware and I reinstalled it (in case anything had corrupted it), of course I turned off, disconnected everything, waited a day and hung up . Anything. Please someone help me.

HP shows me as a service center in my area the company "Fratelli Riolo", a company that has been bankrupt for about two years, I would advise you to update your data and maybe find a new service center. best regards.
