I recently purchased a second extended warranty for my HP printer. The agent said she would send an email confirming details such as amount paid, the number of the care pack etc. She did not send it. A follow up with another agent the next day took over an hour on the phone and he promised to send it as he located it in my file. He did not send it. How do I get HP to respond to this request now that they say the case is closed?

I tried earlier to send you a thank you for the advice but I suspect I did not do it in the proper manner. Allow me to say it again....Many thanks for your assistance. I was able to go to the store and find out the information I needed. Needless to say your help was very much appreciated.
