When I print something from my PC, the colors are not the same as in the photo or document (Eg. Red is printed Yellow, Blue is printed Red and even other colers).
No problem when I photocopy. could it be a software problem?

Hey @lemrac50,
Welcome to the HP Support Forums!
I understand that you are having some issues with printing from your Windows 10 PC to your Deskjet F2180 All-in-One Printer. I can help you with that.
To start, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector. Once done:
- If the printer is connected to your PC through a USB cable, remove it.
- Close all programs you have open.
- In your search bar type in Printers and open Devices and Printers.
- Right-click on any icon of your printer listed.
- Click on Remove Device.
- Repeat for any other icons of your printer listed.
- If you removed the USB cable, connect it. If not, click on Add Printer and follow the prompts to add a print queue for your printer.
This should correct your printing issue. If it does not, please let me know what program(s) you are printing from and if you have the color issue in other programs. If you are able to resolve the issue, click on Accept Solution. If you appreciate my help, please click on the thumbs up icon. Both icons are below this post.

hi there wonder if you can help please. I have just bought a new windows 10 laptop and have now connected up my f2180 which has really served me well. i have downloaded new drivers, etc. Issue is that when i print anything the printer behaves like it is printing but i get a blank piece of paper. if i print a pdf, it only prints the header and not the text detail. I did a printer test print too and all it printed was the "Windows printer Test Page" and the printer icon on the right - does not print any other text...
