Printer has been working great since I purchased over a year ago. All of a sudden it started showing an error every time I tried to print and suggested that I turn it off and turn it back on. I updated to the latest firmware and I tried a factory reset from the menu but that didn't resolve the issue. I'd like to try a hard reset but can't find the instructions for this model.
