Every time I try to print I receive a "file is corrupt" message.
When I turn the printer off it will print but only one document then the next document .. file is corrupt.
I have unplugged and reset and problem remains.
it is beyond frustrating.
i have deleted my printer and reinstalled and same issue.
Do I need to buy a new printer?

Most common cause is a corrupted print job that contains data that the printer driver cannot interpret. If it only happens with one particular job, then that file is corrupt. If it happens with all jobs likely you are dealing with a corrupt printer driver or an issue with hardware. If it only happens with one type of jobs, say PDFs only, then you should make sure that your PDF program has all the latest updates applied.
