Hello. 

My printer stopped working and this happened after I changed all HP inks to new ones (always use original inks).

On the screen it shows a  code: General printing error 0x61011beb for HP officejet 6500A plus , E710 series.

I understand (from all people comments that faced the same issue) that this is a common error.

I presume it is a set up programme with expiry date. So, we can not do anything and we can not avoid to buy a new hp product.

Please advise if there is any solution for it, because we can not afford to buy a new printer at this time.
