I purchased a genuine HP set of multi-colour and black ink cartridges for my HP DeskJet 2630. I installed them but only the multi-colour seem to be working.
I tried several of the suggestions on the help pages here.. (1) turn the printer off and on again, (2) re-install the cartridges, (3) clean the cartridges, (4) update the software, and (5) check for jams.
None of these options works. My printer does not have a display, but the error message is consistent with no ink/unrecognised cartridge.
Is there any other way I can try and solve the issue?
If not, how can I get a replacement for this malfunctioning cartridge?
