getting 59.00.B1 error in HP E877 printer

Hello @TRAMESH 

Duct motor failure or a seized toner collection duct. Remove the duct from the front of the printer and try to rotate the gear on the left hand side. if it does not move, the collection duct is bad. If the gear rotates then you need to test the toner duct motor to see if it makes any sounds.

 


You may also try:
-Restart printer.
-Reset printer.
-Update firmware.

Should these not work, it is likely a hardware failure. Hope this helps!
