getting E6 error on hp envy 6430e printer. have tried reset a number of times  but doesn't work

E6 error

An E6 error indicates a generic printer error.

Restore factory defaults on the printer, open the HP Smart app, hide the printer, and then re-add the printer in the app. For more information on how to resolve the error, go to HP ENVY 6000, 6400 Printers - 'E6' error.
