Hi,

In fact it wasn't solved.

My conclusion was the blue head had a problem that can't be solved without a professional.

So the solution was to accept to change the printer (dead in 2 years). Not good for the planet, but good for HP.

 

I joined HP support on whatsapp and then it was quickly solved (by concluding th printer couldn't be maintained). A very little discount in buying a new printer, A few free months (2) of printing.
