how do I change my printer user name and/or pin

This is awful, they want me to buy new printer, 8035 series works well, but my email address changed, and the printer user name is under old email address, with a pin number.  I need to get my printer to talk to my **bleep** new email address to print from my email account.  I keep getting an configuration error message.  HP is not user friendly, they keep sending me to foreign countries, tell me my 8035 series is past the warranty, and want to sell me another HP 9000 printer.  I am going to buy another brand of printer next time, but this one is still good.  I just need my **bleep** account to talk to my printer to print.  You people are awful.  Shelly Sterni

• Are you referring to HP Smart account?
• Are you trying to scan to email?
• Are you able to print from your Win PC?

Now I cannot find the reply to changing me print password.  You people are worthless.  I want to talk to a real person, I cannot find your reply to this problem.  I do not want to see the third of other texts, etc.

And I want real customer service with HP in America, a real phone number to walk me thru the process on your website over the phone, not this bleeping tag team HP online.  

Every time I chatted, I could tell I was not talking to a real person tech, I was talking to a doggone computer.

You people are just plan awful, and I am going to buy a Xerox or other printer brand, never again HP.

How do I do the password in goggle to be able to pull up on my Apple phone to see my emails?

Also, I have no pic to send you.  I need instructions on HP website to change my printer password to reflect my new email address, it still shows my deleted old email address and printer will not print.

And do not email me anymore, you are no help.  I cannot find the instructions online and I do not want Kumar with a bunch of digits from overseas, asking me for a pic.
