how do I enter password for hp all in one printer

printer screen has 4 letters in a box p thru s.  cannot get it to select wanted letter, which is s??

As I recall, entering numbers / letters on a screen of this type is the same as entering numbers / letters on an old-style phone number pad.

For the "s", tap the "group" key multiple times until the "s" is selected.

If the printer is on the network, you can likely use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) and just use your keyboard.

Open your favorite browser > type / enter Printer IP address into URL / Address bar

Tab Network > Wireless (802.11) > Advanced
