Ink carriage is frozen to the right and will not move, even manually. Ive tried all of the techniques I could find.The display does not show home display. I have no activity other than one or more ink cartridges seem to damaged. (these are new hp inks) the display only shows this and suggestions to fix problem, but they do not help a all. 😞

I understand the printer carriage is stuck. Kindly perform the steps mentioned in this document - Carriage jam or E3 error

Check for any jams inside the printer, follow the steps from - Paper Jam Error

 

If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is a hardware failure.

If the printer is out of warranty, I suggest you upgrade the printer. You may visit Hp Store to check the available printers.
