how do I get a refund on my bad HP 902xl cartridges.

  • Replaced yellow, which was okay.
  • Then replaced Blue, which indicated all cartridges (including Blue) bad.
  • Replaced Blue (w/new Blue). Then all but Blue good. So I replaced the new blue with the original Blue and all cartridges okay.
  • Then replaced Purple, which indicated all cartridges (including Purple) bad.
  • Tried various combinations of new (w/old and all new). Always had a problem.
  • Finally put original low level cartridges in and asking for refund/replacement for Blue, Yellow, Purple.
