Every time I print, it says, theres's no paper in the photo tray.   It won't let me have an option to choose the main paper tray.  I have done everything I can think of .. ready to scream!    Is there some sort of default for which tray to use?  Thank you

You need to check the print preferences in your printer driver on your PC.

On your computer, go to control panel>devices and printers and right click on the icon for your printer and select "printer preferences" from the drop down menu.  Click on the printing shortcuts  and select the factory defaults and make sure that the the paper size and type match the paper settings for the main tray on the printer.
