I cannot seem to find any way to contact hp instant ink.
I joined instant ink in Jan 2016 after the initial 6-month free period I have been paying mostly 7.99 a month and have received only one ink replacement of black in Feb 2017 and then a colour in April 2017. Since then I have received zero ink replacements yet I've paid over 200 pounds!
My printer won't print due to this issue, ( i am connected to the internet. )
I am of course, unhappy with the service.
I would like a refund as be charged 200 pounds for one lot of replacement ink and have a printer that is unusable is not great.
I'm happy to pay a standard amount for the ink received. NOT 200 pounds for one replacement.
That is really not a good deal at all.
I will, of course, be cancelling my subscription, but I feel this error should be resolved first.
Any help with information on how to contact customer services would be greatly appreciated as I've tried all the options available over quite some time now and the cannot find an email address or any other way to write to hp about this ongoing issue.
Many thanks in advance 🙂

Hey there! @kelly3912, Thanks for stopping by the HP Support Forums!
I understand you are out of ink and you have received only one instant ink cartridge from last six months.
Is your printer connected to the internet all the time?
Have you registered in the instant ink services?
Also, I understand your concern and situation you are into. So don't worry I'll try to help you out.
If the printer is not connected to the internet all the time the ink status won't get updated and you will have a delay in the ink shipment.
HP will send replacement cartridges before you run out of ink. When your enrolled printer is connected to the Internet, HP will know when to send ink before you run low.9Cartridges are sent using standard shipping, so they might take up to 10 days to arrive, however, HP will take shipping time and regular ink usage into account when it ships your replacement cartridges.
You will likely not receive cartridges every month, but you will always have ink when you need it.
Refer the instant ink FAQ for more information. Click Here
If you have not received the replacement ink cartridges yet. Please share out few details in a private message, so I can check your account details and initiate an order to ship you the replacement ink
cartridges.
Printer Model Name
Serial Number of the printer
Instant ink Email Address
Instant Ink Account Number
Address to ship the cartridge
Do you need black or colour ink cartridges?
Hope to hear from you soon!
Happy Holidays! 🙂

Hi Mr robot 😉
thanks for getting back to me. I appreciate it
there was a mistake in your response- so just to clarify:
I've only had one duo replacement in three whole years!!
(of both cartridges)
the last was 19 months ago (very almost 20) ...not 6 months
The last ink I received was in April 2017 (1 colour) and the only one before that was Feb 2017 ( 1 black)
so all in all in all the three years i have only received one full replacement
yes i have been connected to the internet, throughout, enough to even charge me extra at times!
but the printer is not usable anymore due to the ink issue and my account states i have already been sent ink in 2017 and i am not due any more, yet i am still being charged monthly -- thats almost 20 months of payments and zero ink
There is clearly an error that needs resolving
either this subscription just doesnt work and is a scam or I've just been unlucky,
but regardless I'm not happy to pay 200 pounds for one duo replacement so i would like to escalate this to the complaints dept, please
to recap-
my 'ink history' states the last ink was sent out in April 2017
my subscription began Jan 2016, I had an initial 6-month free period and
ive been paying a monthly subscription of mostly 7.99 since june 2016
but,, i repeat, I have only ever been sent 1 black and 1 colour in the whole of the 3 years
i would like to cancel my account and have a refund as I'm sure you'd agree nearly 200 pounds is too much to pay for one lot of cartridges.
(I have been having to pay a premium to have my assignments printed elsewhere while I'm still paying a subscription.)
if i could have an email address to write to head office or someone who can assist me further outside of the forum I would greatly appreciate it
many thanks 🙂
