Hey there! @biglou46, Welcome to HP forums.
I understand you need to know how to print address labels from your printer.
Don't worry I'd love to help you out.
Did you make any changes to your printer?
Please try the steps recommended below to know how to print labels.
If you are using Microsoft word to print labels, please try the steps recommended below.
Choose one of the following options:
Microsoft Word 97, 98, 2002: On the Tools menu, click Envelopes and Labels.
Microsoft Word 2002: On the Tools menu, click Letters and Mailings, and then click Envelopes and Labels. The Envelopes and Labels window will open.
Click Options.
Select the format for the labels (see the Label Format table above).
Click OK.
Choose one of the following options:
Same text on all labels: On the Print section, click Full page of the same label and then type the text for the labels in the Address: text box.
Different text on each label: On the Print section, click Full page of the same label. Leave the Address: text box blank.
Before printing, click New Document in the Envelopes and Labels window. Type and format the text, adjust the font size to make sure the text fits within the label area.
