I purchaced 1st time HP ink cartridges online through HP . I ordered one 61 black and one 61 colored ink cart. I was billed and paid for this, yet I only received one color and the invoice had both color and black on it,,how to contact to remedy this short ...please help

if you may refer to any other country then the USA it will help much knowing what country you are from.
