Unable to connect printer due to 'print queue issue not fixed"?

Hello,

Before I lay out any steps, I need a little more detail so I know whether this is a Windows spooler problem, an HP Smart error, or a firmware/connection issue on the M209dwe itself.

Can you confirm:

  1. Where exactly are you seeing the message “print queue issue not fixed”?
    – HP Smart app?
    – Windows Troubleshooter?
    – Printer’s own display?

  2. Is the printer currently connected by USB or Wi-Fi?

  3. In Windows → Settings → Bluetooth & devices → Printers & scanners, does the M209dwe show as “Offline,” “Error,” or does it look normal?

  4. When you try to print, does anything appear in the Windows print queue, or does the job disappear immediately?

Once I have that, I can guide you through the correct print-spooler workflow and make sure the printer is binding correctly to HP Smart and the cloud services this model requires.
