Many of the consumer grade printers, including the inexpensive PhotoSmart series, just don't provide "in the field" parts replacement.   The "why" is perhaps interesting to those interested in Economics and Business.

The few bits that are available -- or at least those for which at least the parts numbers are provided -- can be found by searching for the Product Number in  PartSurfer

For example, for Product Number CZ025A (found in the Specifications), the following information is returned:  HP PartSurfer - USA - CZ025A

In the case of this printer, only the ink is available (from HP) for purchase.

If the part number is available, at least that will likely be included in the list.

If you have a part with the number printed on it, use your favorite search engine to find and order the part from an online store in youre region.

Two reasonable options for you:

• Replace the printer
• Take the printer over to your local printer repair shop and ask if it is "fixable" (if yes, for what cost?)
