You have to use a PDF reader as Adobe Acrobat Reader or Foxit Reader...

Ok .  Do I down load that program  and if I do will that solve the problem?  Sorry I don't understand computers when they don't work

I am having a similar issue except I already have Adobe acrobat reader DC. I also have windows 10 and a HP OfficeJet 4650. Whenever I print any pdfs the text does not print, only the logo at the top of the page.
