Hi @User202220512,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

I'd like to help!

To print a trifold brochure from a PDF on an HP Officejet Pro 8610, you'll need to configure your printer settings and the PDF document itself correctly. Here are the steps to do this:

Step 1: Prepare Your PDF Document

  1. Open the PDF brochure you want to print.
  2. Ensure that the brochure layout is already set up as a trifold design, with three equal-sized panels on each page. If it's not, you may need to adjust the layout using PDF editing software like Adobe Acrobat or an online PDF editor.
  3. Save the PDF document with the trifold layout if you made any changes.

Step 2: Set Up Your Printer

Turn on your HP Officejet Pro 8610 printer and ensure it's connected to your computer.

Load the paper you want to use for your brochures into the printer's paper tray. Make sure it's the right size and type for your brochure.

Step 3: Adjust Printer Settings

  1. Open the PDF document you prepared.
  2. Click on "File" in the top-left corner and select "Print" from the dropdown menu.
  3. In the print dialog box, locate and select your HP Officejet Pro 8610 as the printer.
  4. Click on "Properties" or "Printer Properties" to access the printer settings.
  5. Look for an option called "Page Setup," "Layout," or "Finishing." The wording may vary depending on your printer driver. In this section, you should find options related to page layout.
  6. Set the following options:
  • Page Order: Choose "Left to Right" or "Right to Left" based on your brochure design.
  • Pages per Sheet: Set this to "2" since each sheet will have two pages (front and back).
  • Page Borders: Make sure this is set to "None."

Click "OK" or "Apply" to save the settings.

Step 4: Print the Brochure

Back in the print dialog box, check the option for "Brochure" or "Booklet" if available. This setting will configure the printer to fold and arrange the pages correctly.

Click "Print" to start printing the trifold brochure.

After printing, you'll need to fold the pages along the designated lines to create your trifold brochure.

Please note that the exact steps and options may vary depending on your PDF viewer and the version of the printer driver software.

Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance.
