I need to find a way to do 'Shrink to Fit' with an Hp Envy Inspire Printer using Mac and Office for Mac...I receive a weekly document. in PDF and about 28 pages.

1.   I export it to Word...where it comes up in font 33.....I want it to be 14....I can do that but it throws the 'format'  all over

the place....also reducing the font reduces pages by half usually.    But my printer still wants to print it on legal size paper which I neither want or can do anyway.    I do a backspace to eliminate all the blank pages...but the printer doesn't recognize it.

 

There must be a way...!!
