Hi,

My hp 3520 deskjet printer won't turn on. I've tried to connect the printer power cord directly to the wall and on several power sources.

I've check the back of the printer and the LED is not glowing anymore.

What can I do?

OK, It seems that I need to substitute de internl Power Module. But where can I get it? I've searched in HP Parts Store https://parts.hp.com/hpparts/ but did not find it
