Operating System: Mac OS X 10.10 Yosemite

I would appreciate help with my hp 3522 printer. I replaced the black ink cartridge according to video instructions. I was very careful about not touching the sensitive areas.The cartridge clicked in place. Now I'm trying to print a document. The first page was faded and incomplete. The second and third pages barely printed at all. I'm not very tech-savvy. Please help!

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you out.

I understand that you are unable to print in black from your HP Deskjet 3522 e-All-in-One Printer.

 

This issue could occur if the nozzles of the printhead that print in black are damaged or not working.

 

Don't worry as I have a few steps that should help fix this issue.
