Hi @Cuon55,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your HP Officejet 4630 e-All-in-One Printer is not powering on even after trying the power reset, consider these troubleshooting steps.

Check Power Source:

  • Ensure that the power outlet is functional. Try plugging in another device to verify the outlet works.
  • If you are using a power strip or surge protector, try plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.

Inspect Power Cord:

  • Check the power cord and adapter for any visible damage or wear.
  • Ensure that all connections are secure, from the wall outlet to the printer's power port.

Reset the Printer:

  • Disconnect the power cord from the printer and the wall outlet.
  • Wait about 60 seconds before reconnecting the power cord.
  • Press the power button to see if the printer turns on.

Try a Different Outlet:

  • Move the printer to a different outlet to rule out any issues with the current power source.

Inspect for Hardware Issues:

  • Gently shake the printer to listen for any loose internal components.
  • Open the printer's access panel to ensure there are no obstructions or visible damage internally.

Replace the Power Module:

  • If you have access to another compatible HP printer that uses the same power module, borrow it to test if your power supply is faulty.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
