Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

hp officejet 4652 printer unresponsive.  have preformed many power resets unplugging the power cord and no differance.   printer screen is on but blank.  power button is nonresponsive

I understand that your printer is unresponsive, I am glad to assist you.

You might have to reset the printer.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
