Product: hp470
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

having printing problems and haven't been able to resolve online yet.  I get the flashing Resume and Power button lights with the left and right ink cartridge buttons on.  

What happens is that when I send a job to be printing the printer freezes and the above lights come on.  I have to continually push the Resume button 20-30 times before the printer engages and starts to print
