Thank you. I looked it up on you tube and did the step-by-step; After applying all steps which included cleaning, it turns out the next to last result was accurate, the cartridge was damaged. When I put the last cartrdge in the printer said "low ink" so it was the new cartrdige tha was damaged and could not be read by printer. I took it back to store and they replaced it free of charge. The printer works now.

Hi @VIRTUOSA89
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
Try these steps -
1) Turn on the printer, if it is not already on.
2) Wait until the printer is idle and silent.
3) With the printer turned on, unplug the power cord from the printer & wall.
3) Wait for 60 seconds.
4) Plug the power cord back into the printer and wall, ensure the printer is plugged into the wall & not to a surge protector.
5) Turn on the printer, if it does not automatically turn on.
Also, try cleaning the ink cartridges. Refer to solution# 3, 4 and 5 from this document.
If the issue still persists, Contact HP in your region regarding the replacement ink.
Have a great day!
