Hi,

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

First, make sure the printer is plugged directly into a wall outlet and not a surge protector or extension cord. After doing that, check out this document on how to troubleshoot print quality issues with your printer.

Hope that helps!

Hi @hammoadel

Would suggest that you contact HP to get the priner serviced if it is under warranty.

Good Day.

I bought a Dekjet 2130 printer yesterday. Everything was going great and then the printer started to print only blank pages. Tried all your tips and support advice, but nothing solved the problem. Did clean the contacts of the printer cartrage as adviced ect ect, but nothing helped, none of the advice helped me.

Is there anything else that I can do to solve this problem? I have not even printed 100 pages.
