ENVY 5642
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ENVY 5642 e-All-in-One printer does not print in color even though color is selected.  Test page does print in color and color cartidge shows full.

Thank you.  Driver issue was resolved by remote support.  Only concern was that it was difficult to find way into Contact queue.  Website continually bumped me out after I entered my printer model number.
