@DONBETC, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Check the ink levels and replace any low/empty ink cartridge.
Print a self-test page
-
Load the input tray with unused plain white paper.
-
Press and hold the Cancel (
) button and then press the Start Copy Color (
) button. -
Release both buttons. The self-test page prints.

Look for defects
Clean the ink cartridges as shown in this document. Now, try printing.
