HP Photosmart 7510

I received new ink cartridges from HP. When I installed them I received printhead error message. Reinstalled the cartridges a few more times to make sure they are correctly in place. Then did the hard reboot recommended on this site. The error has not cleared and I am not able to print.

If you insert your old ink, do you still get the error message?
