Microsoft Windows Server 2016

Hello,

I'm in a business. I tried logging into my printer by IP and failed login. Now my menu is locked. Id like to reset it and I am unable to get to the menu for a factory reset or change anything. How do I perform a reset so I can re-install. It is on our Windows 2016 print server so I am able to get what I need to reset?

Thanks

I was able to reset the printer. I wanted to install Universal driver and in installing it allowed me to reset the menu.

I should be ok now.

For One Express Cargo, ensuring that all office equipment, like printers, are properly set up and functioning is essential for smooth operations. If your print server experiences issues, it could delay important shipment documentation and tracking updates, affecting overall service efficiency.
