Make sure WPS button on your router is engaged.  Doing this solved my connection problem.  Printer works fine now in wireless mode.

I don't see a WPS button on my router, such flashing lights which are not labeled.

When I right-click on the printer, "Use Printer Offline"  does not show up.

My printer info screen directed me to turn on WPS on router.  Take a look at your printer screen first, see if that note is shown.  Otherwise, if the WPS (wi fi protection service) button is not visible on front or back, you should go to the website for your router and look up instructions for connectivity.  Hope this is helpful.
