HP deskjet ink advantage 2545
Microsoft Windows Vista

I just bought the HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545 and install the driver on my desktop Microsoft windows vista 32 bit, but it cant printing and the test print also error. after that i try at my laptop window 7 64bit and the problem was SAME, it cant printing anything and test print error too. I have tried many way to solved the problem but it still remain same, example: 1)Select the Hide All Microsoft Services check box, Disable All service, and then click OK and rebbot.
2)Temporarily turn off any Antivirus software.

3)Reinstall the driver

4)Using Print and Scan Doctor 

BUT THE PROBLEM STILL THE SAME !

Welcome to the HP Support Forums! 🙂 I understand you are not able to print to your HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2545, from your Computer running the Windows Vista Operating system.  I see you have done alot of troubleshooting steps already, thank you for that! I would like to try a different approach, please follow the steps listed below:

 

1. Perform a Clean Boot: How to perform a clean boot in Windows

 

2. Now go ahead and use the System File Checker: Use the System File Checker tool to repair missing or corrupted system files

 

3. Uninstall/Reinstall:

 

1. Unplug the USB if using a direct connection.

2. Remove the HP DJ 2545  software from your computers Control Panel's Uninstall a program option.

3. Restart the computer.

4. Make sure all the DJ 2545 software is gone from the programs list as well as your HP folder listed under the All programs in your Start Menu.

5. Now go ahead and start Setting Up the Printer for a Wireless Network for the HP Deskjet 2540 and 2545 All-in-One Printer Se...

6. Go ahead and print a test page.

7. If you are unable to print a test page, please run the HP Print and Scan Doctor- It was designed by HP to provide users with the troubleshooting and problem solving features needed to resolve many common problems experienced with HP print and scan products connected to Windows-based computers.

hello my printer still not printing ...I have done the same steps..but lights still blinking.

what I suppose to do?
