Can anyone help me out.  Bought printer in 4/2023.  In the past 9 months I have had to called in over 8 times to try to get my printer fixed.  I have been told 1)printer fixed - no more problems.  2)It is not printer it is our motem(we don't have a motem). 3)I see we have been having a lot of problems with this printer.  I will fix.4)Printer address file is acting up - not our printers fault.5) Never turn off your printer - that is the problem. 6)Plug in USB cord. 7)unplug USB cord.  This is the last comment I received :  It is not the printer, but main frame computer.  For only $60 I can transfer you to specialist and he will fix.  I was transferred - I could not hear the specialist due to a ROOSTER in the background.  When I told him I was having problems hearing - he said working from home - no control over rooster.
