hp engage one all-in-one system model 145
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Dear all,

I am searching on  the Internet to find a picture or a video of HP engage one all-in-one system model 145, with the embedded printer, which will have the view behind the POS. I want to see all the ports behind the base. Also I want to have a picture of the power supply of the embedded printer of this model and where the cable is connected on the POS.

Could you assist?

Thank you in advance,

Kind regards

The power cables for the printer are internal, you can't see them. The printer has 2 connectors and cables lead to the power board.

The cables for the printer are internal, there are no cables going from the outlet to the printer, computer and the printer are using the same power adapter.

There is no other connector for the printer.

Dear Valsimot,

maybe we are talking for another model. The specific model that I am referring to, is using two power adapters, one for the POS and one for the embedded printer. I have installed many of them and the only way to restart the printer is to unplug its power cable and not to restart the POS. This is why I am asking for these pictures because I want to explain easier the steps to customers that are using this model and facing issues with the printer, on how to restart it.

Thank you

You are right, there are two setups. You have one I have another, one uses power supply for the printer the other doesn't. depending on a conectivity base.
