last night i started getting an error code which i have been unable to find anything on. i uninstalled the software and was going to in stall it again but cant seem to find it. i use to get it at 123.hp.com but now all they do is offer me an app. i'm on a laptop trying to fix this thing. the printer has been used very sparingly and is 2 1/2 yrs old, does anyone have any info on this error code?

I have the same printer and in the last few days it has started to show error code 0xB3D50A2B on the printer display and flashes the lights on the printer. I have a combination of Windows and Linux machines that print to this printer. I've reset it by unplugging the printer which temporarily clears the error code but it comes back after a short period of time.

Hi @laserbeam, @greentrees21,
I'd like to help!
I understand you are receiving a "0xb" error on the printer screen.
We can perform a factory defaults on the printer to resolve the issue
- The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may corrupt the device.
- I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
- In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name or simply click on this link: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/notes/privatenotespage
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Hi @jcalvinmil,
I'd like to help!
- May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
- Could you brief me on the printer issue?
Keep me posted.
