MY HP Envy Photo 6220 is consistently giving me the above error code when I try to wireless scan using the HP Smart app on my Android Phone.
I wake up the printer by touching the screen and the printer goes through its wake up routine. I then tap scan on the app and the printer screen shows the above error message.
Hard shut down and restart clears the error and I am able to scan using the app as designed. This is frustrating.
The printer recently did a firmware upgrade and before this upgrade I didn't have the issue.
Does anyone have a fix for this, or will I have to unplug my scanner/printer every time I want to sue this function?

@DanM73, Welcome to HP Support Community!
The only option left is to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
