Error showing on the screen which says 'indicated cartridges not communicating with printer' 

 

I have cleaned the cartridge, unplugged the printer and waited before plugging it back in, detached and reset the wifi, but this has not resolved the problem. please can you advise?

 

I am using an HP compatible cartridge. This has happened previously but I assumed it was an issue with the cartridge so swapped it to a new one. It is happening again so I assume that it is an issue with the printer.
