iOS 12 - 12.0.1

hi,

Im very confused as to why my HP Envy has just now stopped printing clearly. I usually use the os HP app to print via bluetooth from my iphone. it used to work absolutely fine, even when i had off brand ink. just about a week ago i tried to print an essay / small photos onto plain paper and they aren’t printing in good quality. they’re streaky, and barely showing up. i’ve tried both level tests to clean the ink cartridges. can someone please give me ideas to why it would’ve randomly stopped printing right? thank you so much!!

I appreciate all your efforts and expertise in troubleshooting this issue

Please print a Quality Diagnostic Page and let me know how it prints

  1. Make sure to load the input tray with plain, white paper.

  2. On the printer control panel, swipe the display to the left, and then touch Setup.

  3. Touch Tools.

  4. Swipe up on the display, and then touch Print Quality Report.

A Print Quality Diagnostic report prints.
