my printer is set wireless been working for 4 years been enrolled in HP ink all of this time. Now it is telling me  on the printer

that I need to enroll or cartridge won't work. I been thru all of HP help sites no luck.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

If your printer displays an "error: printer needs to be enrolled in HP Instant Ink," it means you are trying to use HP Instant Ink cartridges in a printer that isn't currently subscribed to the HP Instant Ink service; 

I recommend you turn off the web service using the steps from this link: https://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c04808536

Please uninstall the HP Smart app --> restart the Device, Wi-Fi router and printer --> install it back and add the Printer back, login to the HP Instant ink account and check
