I have hp instant ink, my black cartridge is empty and it shows my black cartirdge as empty but a black catridge is not being sent, only a color one has been sent, it is way below empty, and it all hp instant ink catridges

Make you sure the printer is always connected to the network. So the issue does not persist again.
