I have the same problem. I enrolled in the program over 2 months ago and never received any instant ink cartridges. I have now had to purchase yet another black ink cartridge. Every time I try to get an answer to the question of " where are my instand ink cartridges" I get no viable answer. If this is supposed to be some real money saving program it suck big time. I wouldn't advise anyone to take part in it. It sounds good and it would probably work good if someone knew what they were doing. It's probably being managed out of India in which case good luck on finding out anything.

I have checked the account details and I'm processing an order to ship you correct set of ink cartridges.
I have processed an order to ship the ink cartridges at an express shipment and you should be receiving the ink cartridges in a few days.
