The screen on my printer went blank, and also, printing  pcl xl error - subsystem KERNEL - internal Error 0x91

I tried all the processes that suggested plugging off and taking cartridge off, but nothing looks like it is working!

Disconnect any usb or network cables and turn the printer off for 2 minutes. Turn it back on and see if it comes to ready with no connections. If it does, then likely you have corrupt or wrong print drivers or a corrupted print job.

Follow the instructions at this link to purge the print spooler on your computer.

If the printer does not come to ready with no connections then either the printer needs to be reset or needs repair. Search YouTube for a video on how to perform a complete reset.
